carrying on

Bunnyaprons
Another week has zipped by. My work in progress over the past few days has been some rabbits for a small easter themed (in so far that there will be rabbits) shop update next week. These are their aprons in waiting.

Carryon
And a corner of my home. Oh, this is making me so happy. A reproduction of a British government issue WW2 poster. Sorry about the dodgy photo - reflective surfaces are such a bugger to photograph. I first saw this in a home featured in Livingetc a few years ago, so was thrilled when I came across this image on Flickr. And even more thrilled when I discovered that it could be purchased (here) and delivered to my door for a mere $15. Sold! Thankyou, internet.

That is awesome. It's exactly what you should be doing at all times, no matter what: keeping calm and carrying on. And the poster is such a tasteful reminder of it!

oh I love the poster! Would love one for my own study. Thanks for sharing.

That is one hot-diggety-dog poster! It could be my Theme for Life :)

thanks so much for posting the link to the shop. i went right over and bought my own poster:)

oh, great poster!! and...a shop update?? oh i can't wait!!!!
will you be emailing your list for first dibs??

ah yes. we need this posted in our home!

i just hope that i can be quicker to the draw this time--i really would like to buy one of your lovely dolls!!

that's an awesome poster! that's way better than today's government getting you all hyped up (at least in the US). today, we're code orange, tomorrow code red--everybody freak out and buy toilet paper! such unhelpful nonsense.

That's so weird... I saw the same poster in the same issue of LivingEtc. and then bought it in the same week! I just put mine in a frame yesterday. How peculiar!

Thanks for the link!I've seen this before aswell and always loved it.It suits our household very well!

Man I LOVE IT!!! must purchase immediately....

Thank you SO much for posting about that print, it is fabulous! I just ordered one for us, Peter's going to just love it, he says things like this all the time.

Love your new look over here!!

i LOVE your new sign...i'd need one in ever room in my house...

Oh, such lovely fabrics for the aprons!

I hope Barter Books is giving you commission. Have you ever been in real life? It's an amazing place.

This seems a very appropriate slogan for our family at the moment and given what a steal it was, I just had to order one. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing that poster! I am ordering one as I type this! LOVE IT!

I *love* this poster. Thanks so much for posting the link. I'm definitely going to order one for myself. Please would you mind if I used your photo on my blog with a link to you? Please let me know. Thanks ;)
Sarah

wow, awesome poster. love it.

I love that poster. It now seems that we will all have the same poster in our homes!

ooh i saw that poster online somewhere recently and LOVED it. so british. so red. so typographically beautiful!
i showed it to my husband and he loved it too so we just ordered one as a housewarming present to ourselves (even though we've been here for almost two months). hehe, yay for impulse purchases! :)

Brilliant poster! Thanks for sharing it.
Reminds me of the postcard I have next to my desk at work- it has a picture of a simple white teapot and cup of tea with the caption "Essential crisis managment tool".

OMG! I am buying one for work and one for school. That is brilliant.

there are so many reasons why i just love your new poster! what a great find. too cool.

Thanks everyone!

Stephanie - yes, I'll definitley be sending out a message to my email list when the bunnies are ready. Cheers for asking. :)
