I've put a few copies of the book up in my shop. I'll post anywhere, but I'm afraid postage costs to ship a hardback book are fall-off-your-seat-worthy. I had to ask the nice woman in the post office to repeat what she said. We're talking the cost of the book all over again just to post to the UK or US. Postage isn't too bad within Australia, but I now have a very clear, albeit small scale, idea of why the big discount book chains are squeezing the little booksellers (and authors) out of the picture. Wow.
